Should i cut my back board into a shape for my science fair?

my topic is does body posture and facial expressions detect if a human is lying-
PLEASE! give me some ideasIf its relly long, cut it into the shape o fa person (trace a person with a certain stance)

If not, then cut it into a question mark, or try making a scaled down version of a person, or if you can, two people looking at each other shaking hands.

Good luckyou should definitely consider cutting it into a shape if you can get one that is still big enough for a lot of information. i tend to find that i'm always running out of space for science fair projects on even regular boards, so make sure you have enough room. if not... getting a nice colored board and making your border related to your topic...pictures of faces, bodies, etc could be a cleaner, easier but still creative alternative. clean yet creative projects that aren't overly distracting tend to be appealing to judges!

for example, one year i did "what color text is the easiest to remember" and i did it on a white board but cut out squares of all the colors i used and made those my border. i made it to the final round! last year i did "what gender can gender from looking at certain body parts" i used feet, hands and eyes and painted the bottom of my feet and walked around my board as the border.
