Cooper Union question?

If my friend has a 3.2 gpa avg
1700 Sat avg

and is VERY creative in architecture. Do you think she has a shot in getting into Cooper Union? Is it possible?Cooper Union is one of the most difficult colleges in the country for admissions. Many people with much higher GPAs and much higher SATs don't get in.

With that GPA and SAT score, I think applying to Cooper Union is a waste of money.

Architecture, more properly "architectural engineering" requires more than creativity - it also requires enormous academic discipline. To tell you the truth, I doubt that any accredited College of Architecture in the USA would accept your friend.

All is not lost - a couple of years of junior college with fantastic grades, particularly in sciences and math, might change her chances.'
