4x - 3y + 60 is that?!

What I do know is that you can not have numbers alone as the answer.
For example
x, y and no letters are completely different
its like
x = banana
y = strawberries
no letter = mango
You can't have an answer with just a mango, because you have to use all three fruits

Oh sorry I don't really get it.x would have different values dependent on y. For example, if x = -30/2 and y = 0 or if x = 0 and y =20, it all depends. It is harder to solve for one unknown when there are two total unknowns.
