What does 'REFUND ISSUED" mean exactly???
i went to mt student account info and it said REFUND ISSUED, for 2477.00 and thats the amount i am supposed to get, but i dont understand why it says refund issued does that mean its in my bank account now? already? the refunds are not supposed to be sent out until jan 7th first day of quarter
