Financial need- what does this mean?
okay, under a lot of scholarship requirments, it says you must "have financial need." I obviously understand this to be if you don't have an high income, but how low does the income have to be for you to be considered as "finacially needy?"It really varies from scholarship to scholarship and from applicant group to applicant group. If your parents earn more than $100K per year, I wouldn't bother no matter where you live. Otherwise, put your name in the hat...the worse thing they can tell you is no.
